| Description : | A graceful, climbing fern. Fully developed barren frond bipartite into 2 palmate lobes or simply palmate, primary petiole much reduced, secondary petiole 2.5-5 cm long, firm, naked, pinnules digitate, with 5-6 long lanceolate lobes, reaching nearly down to the base, or once or even twice-forked, ultimate barren divisions 10-30 cm long, the fertile ones contracted sometimes so much, that the lamina is nearly lost, the spikes 2.5-5 cm long, in close marginal rows. |
